This is the first Christian themed film for writer/director/producer Jose Cruz. Drawing from his own personal spiritual struggles, Jose came up with a story that he hopes will touch the hearts of believers and non-believers alike

Melanie Ramirez (played by Melissa Serrano) is a young single mother who has recently accepted Christ as her saviour. She is excited to share her faith with others and is eager to become an evangelist. She sees her reclusive alcoholic neighbor Jonathan (Brian Renner) as her first opportunity and challenge.

Jonathan warns her that it's to early for her to start evangelizing because her faith hasn't been tested. Her ex-boyfriend returns from prison to wreak havoc in her life and the test begins.

This story illustrates what most Christians know too well; becoming a Christian doesn't mean that your troubles will go away. Our faith is strenghtened as we face the challenges of life.
